What Kinds of Recipes are Good for a Crowd?

  • Food that people can serve themselves
  • Recipes that can be made ahead of time
  • Food that can sit out for a while
  • Food that is easy to make in large batches

Tips for Planning a Graduation Party Menu

  • Keep it simple! No offense, but people aren’t there for the food. There’s no need to get all fancy here. Just keep the menu simple and make sure there is enough food for everyone!
  • Make as much as you can in advance. I highly suggest choosing foods that can be prepped in advance and stored in the fridge.
  • For large crowds, a serve-yourself taco bar is a great idea. There is very little prep involved so you can easily feed a ton of people with minimal effort. Serve it along with some of the salads and desserts from this list and you’ll have very happy guests!
