Pillsbury Veggie Pizza Ingredients
- Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough - you will need about 2 cans of crescent roll dough to make a large baking sheet sized pizza. You could also substitute puff pastry or refrigerated pizza dough.
- Cream Cheese - make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature before using so that it will easily mix with the other ingredients and be spreadable.
- Sour Cream - either full fat or lite sour cream will work great.
- Ranch Seasoning Mix - this is the powdered mix that can be added as flavoring.
- Veggies - you can use the veggie assortment suggested in this recipe, or choose any of your other favorite raw veggies.
How to Make Veggie Pizza With Crescent Rolls
- Bake the crescent roll crust. Unroll 2 packages of crescent roll dough onto a large baking sheet (13" by 18"). Use your fingers to pinch the perforations on the crescent rolls to seal together. Make a slight ridge around the edges of the dough to form a crust. Bake the crust in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
- Make the cream cheese mixture and spread. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the room temperature cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing powder. Beat with the whisk attachment until light and fluffy, then use an offset spatula to spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Add toppings. Top with your prepared bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, broccoli florets, green onions, red onions, and black olives.
- Serve. Cut into 24 squares and serve cool. Enjoy!
