My entire family loves these oven roasted green beans.  They only take a few minutes to prep and 25 minutes to bake in the oven.  We use this recipe for Thanksgiving and Easter time too.  There aren’t any creamy sauces or dressings, just fresh green beans and lots of garlic and lemon flavor!

How to Roast Green Beans:

Roasting green beans is easy and can be mastered quickly.  This is a great recipe if you’re meal prepping too.  The fresher the green beans, the better but even beans that have been in your fridge a little too long will be yummy.  All you need to do is cut the ends off the green beans.  You can cut them into 1″ pieces if you want but they’re fun to eat as a finger food too.  After the beans are washed, I like to put them in a 9″ by 13″ glass baking dish.  Drizzle a couple tablespoons of oil (I like to use Avocado oil the best) on them. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper and put them in a 400-degree pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are starting to turn golden brown. When the roasted green beans are done, squeeze some fresh lemon juice over them and wa-la! Delicious!!
