Lemon Garlic Roasted Green Beans Recipe

- 2 pounds green beans
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Rinse the green beans, then trim the ends off and place into a 9" x 13" glass baking dish. Drizzle with the avocado oil, then add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper and mix.
Roast in your preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are fork tender and starting to turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Lightly toss just before serving. Enjoy!
Storing instructions: store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheating: reheat in a microwave or a preheated 350 degree oven.
