  • Mayo- You can use homemade or Paleo mayo if desired
  • Cilantro- Fresh cilantro works best.  Just wash it and roughly chop it before adding to the blender
  • Olive Oil- This will thin out your mayo just a tad so the sauce is perfectly dippable.
  • Garlic- fresh garlic is best
  • Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce- The kind you buy in the can just take 2 out.  If you don’t love a lot of heat in your sauce, scrape the seeds out of the peppers before adding them to the blender.
  • Lime Juice- the juice of a fresh lime works best.

  1. These turned out amazing!

  2. Barbara OKeefe says:

How much cornstarch are we talking about–this part is rather vague?

    1. sarahK@thecarefreekitchen says:

Hi Barbara, we’ve updated the recipe to say 1 cup of cornstarch. It doesn’t need to be exact – you can just toss some cornstarch into a small bowl, then toss your sliced sweet potato fries in it just to coat them. Hope that helps!
