Homemade Oreo Pizza
As far as desserts go, this Oreo Dessert Pizza recipe is something that everyone in the family can agree on. Itโs basically a giant sugar cookie topped with cream cheese frosting, Oreo cookies, and melted white chocolate. If cookies and cream is your thing, look no further.

Oreo Pizza Ingredients
- Sugar Cookie Dough - youโll need 16 ounces of unbaked sugar cookie dough. You can decide whether you want to use premade dough, homemade sugar cookie dough, or even a different type of cookie dough altogether. Chocolate Chip Cookie dough, or any variation of it, works great.
- Crushed Oreos - the easiest way to crush Oreo cookies is to place them in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin. You can also chop them with a sharp knife.
- White Chocolate Wafers - these will need to be melted so that you can drizzle it over the top of your cookie dessert pizza. White chocolate chips or even a different type of chocolate would work, too. Sometimes I even like drizzle both white chocolate and caramel sauce over the top.
- Cream Cheese - your cream cheese should be softened so that it is easy to spread. You can pull it out to room temperature ahead of time or gently warm it in the microwave for about 10 seconds at a time until soft.
- Powdered Sugar - this is to sweeten the cream cheese spread. I like to use powdered sugar rather than granulated sugar because it keeps it super smooth and creamy.
- Vanilla Extract - pure vanilla extract tastes best.
How to Make This Oreo Dessert Recipe
- Bake the cookie pizza crust. Grease a 12-14" round pizza pan (or a 9"x13" baking dish) and pat your cookie dough into the bottom of the pan. It should be about โ " thick. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature.
- Make the cream cheese spread. Meanwhile, add the room temperature cream cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer. Use the whisk attachment to beat until smooth, light, and fluffy - about 2-3 minutes. With the mixer off, add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract then mix on low speed until combined. Increase to high speed and mix again until fluffy.
- Top the dessert pizza. Once the cookie has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top using an offset spatula. Sprinkle with the crushed Oreos.
- Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the top. Melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then stir until smooth. If necessary, repeat until completely melted. Add the melted chocolate to a piping bag (or just use a spoon to drizzle it on the pizza) and drizzle over the top. Allow the chocolate to set up for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Serve. Once the chocolate has set, slice and serve. Enjoy!
