This buffalo sauce or buffalo glaze is so easy, you can hardly call it a recipe. It’s just two easy ingredients but oh man, it’s so delicious. It is the same buffalo sauce you enjoy at your favorite pub or restaurant.
We like to make an entire bottle of franks red hot sauce into the glaze, pour it back into the bottle and use it on pizza, burgers, breaded chicken tenders or our family favorite, Buffalo Chicken Salad.

Tips For Making Buffalo Sauce:
- Make an entire bottle at a time. You can pour the buffalo glaze back into the bottle and use it another time.
- Boil the brown sugar and the Franks red hot sauce for 1 min. This will ensure the brown sugar is dissolved and you have a nice, smooth texture to the buffalo sauce.
- Use in on your favorite pizza, burger, or just about any cut of chicken.
