Mississippi Pork Roast
If you’re looking for a twist on the ‘ol classic pot roast, Mississippi Pork Roast is what you’re looking for. This easy crock pot roast has a rich and flavorful sauce on it when it’s cooked and it truly couldn't be easier.
You literally just add the pork roast, a few seasonings, and let it do its thang for 5-6 hours. When you cook a pork roast in a crockpot, the connective tissue and fat have a chance to render slowly, keeping the moisture in and melting away any toughness in the meat. The added seasonings give the pork roast a ton of flavor and add just the right amount of sauce.
