  • 1 pound bacon
  • 6 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning, Cumin, garlic, cocoa, or cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray, then lay the bacon on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle half of the brown sugar on the bacon along with 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning (cumin, garlic, cocoa, or cinnamon).
