How To Make Tender and Juicy Chicken Breasts

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Flatten The Chicken: place chicken between two slices of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Use the flat side of a meat tenderizer (or glass jar) and pound the thickest part of the breast so the chicken is an even thickness. You want your chicken to be about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Prepare the Pan: Spray a 9 by 13″ baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts in the dish.
  4. Add the Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter and garlic in a small bowl, Drizzle over both sides of the chicken

    • 3 pounds chicken breasts
    • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    • Spray a 9" by 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, then add the chicken breasts. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and the minced garlic and drizzle it over the chicken, making sure to coat both sides.
    • In another small bowl, combine the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix, then sprinkle the seasonings on all sides of the chicken breasts.
    • Bake in your preheated oven for 20-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
