- 3 pounds chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9" by 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, then add the chicken breasts. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and the minced garlic and drizzle it over the chicken, making sure to coat both sides.
In another small bowl, combine the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix, then sprinkle the seasonings on all sides of the chicken breasts.
Bake in your preheated oven for 20-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove the chicken from the oven and spoon the cooking juices over the top of the chicken. Let the meat rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
- Storing leftovers: store leftover chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- To reheat: reheat on a baking sheet in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until heated through. You can also reheat a small portion in the microwave, for about 1-2 minutes on high, or until warmed through.
