Ingredients You Will Need

  • Graham Cracker Crumbs – you will need about 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs which is about 12 full sheets.
  • Salted Butter – melt the butter in the microwave or a small saucepan before adding.
  • Sugar – this recipe calls for white granulated sugar.
  • Cinnamon – this is optional but adds great flavor.

How to Make The Best Graham Cracker Pie Crust

  1. Crush the graham crackers. Using a food processor, pulse to create about 1½ cups of graham cracker crumbs (about 12 full sheets of graham crackers). You can also put them into a freezer bag and roll with a rolling pin to crush.
  2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Transfer to a bowl and add the sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Toss with a fork to combine until it resembles wet sand and holds its shape when squeezed between your fingers.
  3. Press into a pie plate. Using the back of a spoon, the flat bottom of a measuring cup, or your hands, press the graham cracker mixture into a 9″ pie plate.  Be sure to try and get the sides even first and then press the remaining crumbs into the bottom.
  4. Bake. Bake in your preheated 350 degree oven for about 12-14 minutes, or just until set.*
  5. Add your filling. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before adding your filling to your prepared Graham Cracker Crust. Enjoy!
