- Salted Butter - melt the butter in the microwave or a small saucepan before adding.
- Sugar - this recipe calls for white granulated sugar.
- Cinnamon - this is optional but adds great flavor.
How to Make This Easy Graham Cracker Crust Recipe
- Crush the graham crackers. Using a food processor, pulse to create about 1ยฝ cups of graham cracker crumbs (about 12 full sheets of graham crackers). You can also put them into a freezer bag and roll with a rolling pin to crush.
- Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Transfer to a bowl and add the sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Toss with a fork to combine until it resembles wet sand and holds its shape when squeezed between your fingers.
- Press into a pie plate. Using the back of a spoon, the flat bottom of a measuring cup, or your hands, press the graham cracker mixture into a 9" pie plate. Be sure to try and get the sides even first and then press the remaining crumbs into the bottom.
- Bake. Bake in your preheated 350 degree oven for about 12-14 minutes, or just until set.*
