How to Make Bacon Wrapped Asparagus in the Oven

    1. Prep the asparagus.  Wash and trim the stem ends of the asparagus, then place in a 9”x13” baking dish.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make Bacon Wrapped Asparagus in the air fryer?

Yes!  Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees and lay as many bundles as will fit in a single layer.  Air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until the bacon is nice and crispy.  Remove and place on a wire rack or sheet tray and repeat with more bundles as necessary.

Can I assemble these ahead of time?

You sure can - assemble up to 1 day in advance and store in the fridge in an airtight container.

How can I keep my bacon crispy?

If you are a fan of crispy bacon, trying cooking these on a sheet tray fitted with a wire rack. That way, the fat drips down as it cooks keeping the bacon nice and crisp.

    How do you trim asparagus?

The bottom ends of asparagus are woody and inedible so you want to trim off a good 1-2 inches from the end of each asparagus stalk.

What’s the best way to store this?

These don’t reheat all that well but if you have leftovers, don’t throw them out!  They taste great chopped into a salad.
