You can use this same recipe for an easy crustless mini quiche recipe. Use the base ingredients and add whatever flavor variations you'd like. Just be sure to grease your mini muffin tins, muffin tins, or 9" pie plate really well so the quiche doesn't stick.

How to freeze Quiche:
Simply place your quiche in an airtight container or a ziplock freezer bag and freeze. Store mini quiche frozen for up to 2 months.
How to reheat Quiche:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the quiche on a baking sheet.
- Cover your quiche with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Allow the quiche to sit for about 15 minutes before removing the foil.
- The quiche is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees
- If you're wanting to reheat frozen quiche, follow the steps above and add an additional 10 minutes of baking time before removing the foil
Can you reheat quiche in the microwave?
Yes, you can re-heat your quiche in the microwave but it won't be quite as good. If you're in a time pinch and need it to heat quickly, heat the quiche for about 30 seconds and then check to see if it is warm enough, continue heating in 15-second increments until it is warmed thoroughly.

3 Cheese Mini Quiche with Flavor Variations:
- Ham and Cheese Mini Quiche: In each mini muffin tin, add a Tablespoon of chopped deli ham. Leftover holiday ham works great for this recipe too.
- Sausage and Cheese Mini Quiche: In a non-stick skillet, brown onions, garlic, and hot Italian Sausage. Add a Tablespoon of sausage to the mini muffin tin before adding the cheese.
- 3 Cheese Mini Quiche: No need to add anything. The 3 cheese mixture is perfect for making a 3 cheese mini quiche.
How to make a Mini Quiche Recipe Crustless
This recipe and it's variations also work great for crustless mini quiche recipes.
- Grease mini muffin tins or regular-sized muffin tins (be sure it is greased really well, the egg mixture sticks a little more when it's crustless.)
- Mix the 3 cheese mixture with any flavor variation
- Top with extra cheese (optional)
- A bake as usual. 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the edges are golden brown.

Mini Cheese Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Chives (minced)
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Cups Swiss Cheese (shredded)
- 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- ⅓ Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1 Tube Refrigerated Crescent Rolls (cut into 2" squares)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
- Spray non-stick mini muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix together the chives, eggs, and cheeses in a bowl.
- Place a 2" square piece of crescent roll dough into each muffin cup. (If you're making a traditional quiche with a crust. For a crustless quiche recipe, skip this step) Press down into the bottom to make a little cup.
- Add 1 tablespoon of meat or ingredients for a flavor variation on top of each dough square. (the ingredients shouldn't overfill the mini muffin tins. Don't fill past the lip of the muffin tin.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
