Use a tenderizing mallet or the bottom of a pan, pound the steaks on each side. Add them to a large freezer bag along with the avocado oil, garlic, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, minced jalapeno, and chopped cilantro leaves. Seal the bag and shake well, then transfer to the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours.
