Whipped Garlic Butter Recipe

- 1 cup butter room temperature
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/8 cup dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
Add the butter to the bowl of a stand mixer and whip using the whisk attachment until light and fluffy.
Slowly add the olive oil while continuing to mix the butter on low. Once it is completely incorporated, add the Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder and mix until well combined.
Use immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 months. Enjoy!
Storing Instructions
- Refrigerator- Transfer leftovers to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
- Freezer- Freeze any leftover Garlic Butter in freezer bags or another airtight container for up to 6 months, transferring to the fridge overnight to thaw.
