- 1 cup butter room temperature
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the butter and whip on high for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Turn the mixer to low and drizzle honey in. Beat on high again for a few seconds.
Add the powdered sugar one spoonful at a time so it doesn't make a huge mess. Mix until well blended, then add the cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Whip on high again until light and fluffy.
Serve immediately on bread, rolls, scones, and more. Or, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month. Enjoy!
Storing instructions: store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you're ready to use it, let it come up to room temperature.
Don't microwave this butter or it will separate and you will lose that light and fluffy texture.
