These red white and blue white chocolate covered strawberries are an easy and festive dessert to serve for any patriotic holiday. Each juicy strawberry is dipped into creamy white chocolate and crunchy blue sugar, perfect for a quick Memorial Day or Fourth of July dessert.
Wash and rinse the strawberries, then lay them on a paper towel to air dry completely—between 15 minutes to 60 minutes at room temperature.
Place the white chocolate wafers in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until the chocolate is almost melted. Gently stir until completely melted, smooth, and shiny.
Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Add the blue sprinkles to a small deep bowl, then dip each strawberry into the melted white chocolate about 2/3 up the strawberry. Gently shake to remove excess chocolate, then dip about 1/3 up the strawberry into the blue sprinkles. Place onto the parchment covered baking sheet and repeat with the rest of the berries.
Let the strawberries sit in a cool dark place at room temperature until the chocolate hardens completely—about 1 hour. Enjoy!
