Ingredients
48smallpretzel twistsplus extra pretzels to account for breakage
To form the antlers, carefully cut 24 pretzel twists in half using a small serrated knife then set each pair of halves next to each other on a parchment lined baking sheet. Set aside.
In a small microwave safe bowl, add the white chocolate wafer melts. Heat for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat as necessary until the chocolate is melted but not hot.
Dip the rounded top half of each pretzel half into the melted chocolate, then place onto the parchment lined baking sheet. (Note: be sure to keep the halves next to each other so that the antlers will match up once dipped) Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with decorative sprinkles then let the chocolate set at room temperature for about 20 minutes or until hard.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the remaining 24 whole pretzel twists in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place a Rolo Candy on top of each pretzel.
Bake in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or just until the Rolo candies have started to soften. Remove from the oven.
Immediately press the dipped antlers into the top of the soft Rolos and gently press an M&M on each Rolo to form the nose and two candy eyes.
Let the candy cool and harden completely before serving or storing in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
