These easy no bake cookies with peanut butter, marshmallows, and oats are so quick and delicious! You will love the salty peanut butter and sweet chewy oats.
Cover a baking sheet with with parchment paper and set aside.
In a nonstick pan, melt the butter, then add the milk and sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and mini marshmallows. Continue to stir until the marshmallows are melted before adding the oats, vanilla, and salt.
Mix well, then drop by the spoonful onto your prepared baking sheet. Allow the cookies to cool at room temperature before serving or storing. Enjoy!
