No Bake Nutella Cornflake Cookies Recipe

This simple recipe for cornflake cookies with Nutella is irresistible and only takes about 10 minutes. Add this to the top of your list of favorite no-bake cookie recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup karo syrup
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 5 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 5 cups Cornflakes cereal

Instructions

  • Grease a large baking sheet with nonstick spray and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a large, nonstick pot, then add the sugar and Karo syrup. Bring to a rapid boil and boil for 1 minute, then remove from the heat and mix in the marshmallows and Nutella.
  • Stir until combined and completely melted, then add the Cornflakes and gently stir until thoroughly mixed.
  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each cookie onto the prepared baking sheet and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes, or until set. Enjoy!
