This simple recipe for cornflake cookies with Nutella is irresistible and only takes about 10 minutes. Add this to the top of your list of favorite no-bake cookie recipes.
Grease a large baking sheet with nonstick spray and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large, nonstick pot, then add the sugar and Karo syrup. Bring to a rapid boil and boil for 1 minute, then remove from the heat and mix in the marshmallows and Nutella.
Stir until combined and completely melted, then add the Cornflakes and gently stir until thoroughly mixed.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each cookie onto the prepared baking sheet and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes, or until set. Enjoy!
