No Bake Nutella Cookies Recipe
These Nutella no bake oatmeal cookies are completely irresistible, and so easy to make. Made with Nutella, old-fashioned oats and mini marshmallows, this is a perfectly simple no-bake cookie recipe that everyone in your family will love.

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a nonstick pan over medium heat, add the butter, milk, cocoa powder, and sugar. Bring to a rolling boil, and boil for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and add the Nutella and marshmallows to the pan. Stir until completely melted.
Take the mixture off the heat and add the vanilla, salt, and rolled oats. Stir until combined.
Drop by the spoonful onto your greased cookie sheet, and let them cool. Enjoy!
Storing instructions: store in a dry, cool place for up to 5 days at room temperature, up to 1 week in the fridge, or up to 2 months in the freezer.
If using quick oats, add an extra 1/2 cup
