Garlic Parmesan Wings Recipe

- 2 pounds bone-in chicken wings
- 1/8 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 2/3 cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cover a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and set a baking rack on top. Remove wings from their package and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a large bowl, add the bone-in wings. Drizzle avocado oil over them, then add the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are completely coated, then place wings on the baking rack on the baking sheet, making sure that they are not touching. .
Bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a digital thermometer reads 165 degrees when inserted into the chicken, and the wings are golden brown.
While the wings are in the oven, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and parsley in a small bowl.
When the wings are done, remove from the oven and toss the hot wings in the garlic Parmesan sauce until they are completely coated. Serve immediately with your favorite blue cheese or ranch dressing. Enjoy!
Storing instructions: store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Reheating: Heat the wings in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes to reheat or the air fryer on 400 degrees for about 6-8 minutes. Don't heat in the microwave or the skin will be soggy!
