Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
As the oven preheats, put the butter in an ungreased 9" by 13" pan and place in the oven, just until the butter is melted.
In a blender, add the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla and blend until smooth.
Pour the batter into the baking dish and place in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden and puffy.
Serve immediately with your favorite syrup, jam, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
Notes
If you're using regular flour,
use 1/2 cup milk.
