- 12 whole jalapenos
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 8 strips bacon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Using rubber gloves, wash and then cut the tops off the jalapenos. Slice in half lengthwise, then scoop out the seeds with a small spoon.
With a spoon, fill each jalapeno halfway with the softened cream cheese and place on a baking sheet. Cut each piece of bacon into 3 pieces, then lay one on top of each jalapeno half.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Storing leftovers: store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheating: reheat in a preheated 350 degree oven until warm.
