Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos Recipe

This recipe for cream cheese stuffed jalapenos is one of the best easy appetizers. It only has 3 ingredients and is quick to throw together.

Ingredients

  • 12 whole jalapenos
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 8 strips bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Using rubber gloves, wash and then cut the tops off the jalapenos. Slice in half lengthwise, then scoop out the seeds with a small spoon.
  • With a spoon, fill each jalapeno halfway with the softened cream cheese and place on a baking sheet. Cut each piece of bacon into 3 pieces, then lay one on top of each jalapeno half.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Storing leftovers: store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheating: reheat in a preheated 350 degree oven until warm.
