- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups frozen pineapple 1" chunks
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
In a heavy-duty blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, frozen pineapple chunks, and pineapple juice. Blend until it is smooth and resembles soft-serve ice cream.
Transfer the Dole Whip into a covered container and freeze for 2-3 hours to get the perfect dole whip consistency.
When you are ready to serve, spoon the frozen Dole Whip into a piping bag and pipe into each glass, or else simply scoop the mixture into your glasses.
Garnish with a sliced wedge of pineapple and serve with a straw and spoon. Enjoy!
