Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip Recipe

This chocolate chip cheesecake dip is the ultimate no-bake dessert to have in your back pocket.  It’s light and fluffy and has all of the classic flavors of cheesecake that everyone loves, but takes about 5 minutes to whip together.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the room temperature cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix using a rubber spatula until well combined.
  • Add the mini chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Transfer dip to a small bowl, sprinkle with a few more mini chocolate chips and serve with graham crackers, animal cookies, or fruit. Enjoy!

Notes

Storing instructions: Store your dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.  In order to get it nice and fluffy again, you’ll need to bring it to room temperature and give it another little stir before serving.
