This chocolate chip cake mix cookie recipe makes the most soft, chewy and delicious cookies in no time. It only uses 5 ingredients, and they can be mixed and baked in under 30 minutes flat.

- 1 15.25-ounce box cake mix
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (if the cake mix has pudding in it, use 1/3 cup of flour)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix your cake mix, flour, eggs, vegetable oil, and chocolate chips together until combined.
Once fully mixed, scoop and roll your dough into 1½" balls and place them on your prepared baking sheet about 3" apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly brown.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the pan for 2-5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
Storing instructions: store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Make-ahead tips: you can store the cookie dough in the fridge for up to 1 week. To make them even further ahead of time, you can scoop the cookie dough and store in freezer bags for up to 3 months. To bake from frozen, just add an extra minute or two to the baking time.
