Caramel Cream Cheese Apple Dip Recipe

This easy caramel and cream cheese dip is a delicious dip for apples. It's made with only 3 ingredients and can be served with crisp apples or any of your favorite fruit.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 3/4 cup caramel syrup (divided)

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the room temperature cream cheese using the paddle attachment until it is light and fluffy. Add the brown sugar and 1/2 cup of caramel syrup and mix again.
  • Pour the cream cheese apple dip into a serving dish and even out using a spatula or spoon. Make a swirl pattern in the top of the dip using the back of a spoon, then drizzle the remaining 1/4 cup of caramel syrup into the swirl.
  • Serve immediately with sliced apples and other fresh fruit, or refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy!

Storing: store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
