- 8 medium frozen chicken tenders frozen or homemade chicken tenders
- 1/3 cup Frank's buffalo sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup tomato diced
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Cook chicken tenders according to package instructions, then cut into bite-sized pieces and toss with the buffalo sauce.
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a hot skillet then place on a flat work surface.
In the center of each tortilla add cooked buffalo chicken tenders, about 2 tablespoons shredded cheese, 1/4 cup romaine lettuce, 1/4 cup diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
Fold in the sides then roll the tortilla like a burrito. Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
Storing leftovers: store each ingredient separately in airtight containers, or wrapped in plastic wrap, for up to 3 days.
Reheating: to reheat chicken, either microwave or place in a preheated 350 degree oven until warmed through.
