Ingredients
4cupsstrawberriesquartered
2cupsblueberries
1 cupblackberries
1 cupraspberries
2/3 cuporange juice
1cupsugar
1 largelimejuiced
Instructions
Wash and remove strawberry hulls, then cut into bite-sized pieces if berries are large. Arrange in a bowl along with the blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries and set aside.
In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, add the orange juice and sugar. Bring to a boil, then continue to boil for 1 minute.
Remove the glaze from the heat and add the fresh lime juice. Stir, then let the glaze cool to room temperature then transfer to the cooler until you are ready to use.
To serve, drizzle the citrus glaze over the top of the berries, adding enough to just lightly coat the berries. Toss and serve immediately. Enjoy!
