- 1 15.25 oz Box Cake Mix
- ⅓-1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour If the cake mix has pudding in it, use ⅓ cup of flour.
- 2 Large Eggs
- ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Cups Chocolate Chips or another mix-in variation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, a silicone baking mat or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix your cake mix, flour, eggs, vegetable oil, and chocolate chips together until combined. You can also use a standing mixer with the paddle attachment and mix on low speed.
Once fully mixed, scoop and roll your dough into 1 ½" balls and place them on your prepared baking sheet about 3" apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly brown.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the pan for 2-5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
