Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe
- 4 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- ½ cup Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ⅛ teaspoon Pepper
- ½ cup Olive Oil
In a blender, combine the honey, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Turn to medium speed, then slowly add in the olive oil giving it time to emulsify.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or use immediately. Transfer the dressing to a pourable container and drizzle over your favorite salad. Enjoy!
