Homemade Italian Dressing
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese finely grated
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Dried Parsley
- ½ teaspoon Dried Basil
- ¾ teaspoon Sea Salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
In a tall mason jar, add the olive oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, sugar, garlic, oregano, parsley, basil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Close the jar lid and shake until the dressing is smooth and emulsified.
Use immediately on your favorite salad, or store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
