Chocolate No Bake Cheesecake

This easy No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe is an easy no-bake dessert recipe.  It's a creamy chocolate mousse cheesecake recipe and is the perfect way to celebrate any holiday or regular 'ol Tuesday.

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 6 tablespoon Butter (melted)
  • 1 ½ Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • Pinch Cinnamon (optional)


  • 1 ¼ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Pkg Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 6 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder


Graham Cracker Crust

  • Combine butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon (optional) and mix well.
  • Press mixture firmly into a 9" pie plate or springform pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or freeze unbaked for 1 hour.


  • In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  • In an electric mixer with the beater attachment, beat cream cheese until fluffy. (Note: Make sure your cream cheese is room temperature or the mixture will be lumpy. Can microwave for 40-45 seconds to soften.)
  • Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to the cream cheese. Beat until fluffy.
  • Slowly add the whipped cream and mix until light and fluffy.
  • Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker crust.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until ready to serve.
