Hemp Basil Garlic Aioli Sauce Recipe

This delicious Hemp Garlic Basil Aioli super tasty as a sandwich spread, hamburger spread, or as a dip for french fries.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces fresh basil about one large handful
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup hemp oil

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, combine the basil, garlic, egg yolks, lemon juice, and salt. Turn on the food processor and slowly pour in the avocado oil and the hemp oil.
  • Once all of the oils have been added, turn the food processor off and scrape down the sides before blending again until thick and creamy. 
  • Serve immediately or store it in an airtight container for several days until ready to eat. Enjoy!

Notes

Storing instructions: store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
