Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 10 10-inch flour tortillas
- coconut oil spray
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
Place 2-3 tortillas on a large baking sheet and spray one side of the tortilla with coconut oil spray. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture, then fold the tortilla in half and dump the excess cinnamon sugar back into the bowl. Spray the other side of the tortilla with coconut oil and repeat the process.
Use a pizza cutter to cut each of the tortillas into 8 wedges, then spread the tortilla wedges out onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 6-7 minutes, or until crispy and slightly golden brown. Remove from the oven once baked, and repeat with any remaining tortillas.
Allow the chips to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
Storing instructions: store chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If they begin to get stale, reheat in a 350 degree oven for a few minutes.
Instead of coconut spray, you can brush on melted butter or melted coconut oil.
