Ingredients

garlic

Instructions
In a blender, add the garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcheshire sauce, egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and anchovy paste.
Blend until smooth, then slowly drizzle the olive oil into the blender while blending and keep it on until the dressing is emulsified.
Use immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
