Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe

This homemade Caesar salad dressing is creamy, rich, and flavorful. It’s a far cry from store bought dressing and couldn’t be easier to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcheshire sauce, egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and anchovy paste.
  • Blend until smooth, then slowly drizzle the olive oil into the blender while blending and keep it on until the dressing is emulsified.
  • Use immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy!

Notes

Storing instructions: store in a glass jar or any other airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
