- ½ cup Pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
- 1 medium Banana sliced, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk can substitute regular milk, or almond milk.
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
- 1 large handful Spinach leaves kale or micro greens work too.
- ½ teaspoon Chia Seeds optional
In a blender, add the pineapple, banana, coconut milk, flax seeds, spinach, and chia seeds. Blend on high speed until completely smooth, or about 60 seconds.
Divide into 2 cups and serve immediately. Enjoy!
You can also make pre-made smoothie bags.
- Add the ingredients (minus the milk) into individual freezer bags.
- Freeze until you need them.
