This is the Best Green Smoothie recipe, full of leafy greens, fruits, coconut milk, and other plant based mix-ins. You won’t believe how naturally sweet and delicious this healthy Green Smoothie is, and it takes just a few minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium Banana sliced, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk can substitute regular milk, or almond milk.
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1 large handful Spinach leaves kale or micro greens work too.
  • ½ teaspoon Chia Seeds optional

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the pineapple, banana, coconut milk, flax seeds, spinach, and chia seeds. Blend on high speed until completely smooth, or about 60 seconds.
  • Divide into 2 cups and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

You can also make pre-made smoothie bags. 
  1. Add the ingredients (minus the milk) into individual freezer bags. 
  2. Freeze until you need them. 
  3. Add one bag to a blender and add the milk before blending. 
  4. Enjoy!
