- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- ⅓ cup Celery sliced
- ½ cup Onion diced
- 2 teaspoons Ginger peeled and sliced
- ½ teaspoon Garlic minced
- ⅓ cup Avocado Oil
- ⅓ cup Rice Vinegar
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1½ Tablespoons Sugar
In a blender, add all of the prepared ingredients and blend until smooth.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
Serve on your favorite salad. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
