Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • cup Celery sliced
  • ½ cup Onion diced
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger peeled and sliced
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic minced
  • cup Avocado Oil
  • cup Rice Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • Tablespoons Sugar

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all of the prepared ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
  • Serve on your favorite salad. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
