Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cups Lemon Juice freshly squeezed or bottled
  • 4 cups Ice
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries Fresh or frozen- If frozen, let them thaw slightly and then mash a little before adding them to the lemonade.

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a low boil, then remove from heat and stir until all sugar has dissolved.
  • Let the simple syrup come to room temperature, then pour into a pitcher.
  • Add the lemon juice and berries and mix. (Note: You want your lemonade to be pretty strong so that when you add ice, it isn't too diluted)
  • Keep in the fridge until you're ready to serve and then add the ice. Enjoy!
