Buffalo Pork Bite Recipe

Ingredients

Buffalo Sauce

  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce

Pork Bites

  • pounds Pork Chops cut into ¾" pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper

Toppings

  • ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley chopped
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing or blue cheese dressing

Instructions

Buffalo Sauce

  • In a medium-size saucepan, add the brown sugar and hot sauce. Stir to combine, then bring to a boil. Boil the sauce for 1 minute, then set aside.

Buffalo Pork Chops

  • Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat and add the avocado oil. Once shimmering, add the pork chop pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until golden on the bottom, then use tongs to turn the pork over. Cook until golden on all sides, or about 10 minutes.
  • Once the pork has cooked, remove from the heat and add the buffalo sauce. Toss to coat.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and top with blue cheese crumbles and fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
