Orange Cranberry Cookies
These White Chocolate Chip Cookies with Orange and Cranberry are a Christmas cookie must! They are the perfect blend of holiday flavors, robust orange zest, tart craisins, and smooth white chocolate chips!

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Orange Zest
- 10 drops orange essential oil, (edible quality) or 2 tsp vanilla extract if you don't have essential oils
- 1 large Egg
- 1 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup craisins
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, coconut oil or butter.
In an electric mixer bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Add the orange zest and essential oil (or vanilla extract) Mix again
Add the egg to the butter and sugar mixture and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. mix. add the craisins and the white chocolate chips. Mix until everything is combined.
using a spoon, drop cookie dough, about 1 1/4" balls, onto the cookie sheet about 2 " apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them rest on the baking sheet for 2-5 minutes. Transfer the cookies to a wire cooling rack. Enjoy these cookies warm or cooled.
