Lemon Cheesecake Fruit Dip
This lemon cheesecake fruit dip is the perfect side for a BBQ, party or potluck. You're gonna love this whipped cream, cream cheese fruit dip. It's quick and easy and will soon become your favorite!
Servings: 8 people
- 1 Cup Whipping Cream
- 1 8 oz Cream Cheese (room Temp)
- 1 Lemon Juice (juice from one lemon)
- 1 ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
- dash Vanilla Extract
In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar and whip the whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla until the cream cheese is light and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and mix.
Using a rubber spatula, fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve with fruit, graham crackers or on crepes. Enjoy!
