Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies Recipe

This Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookie recipe makes the most soft, chewy and delicious cookies in no time.  It only uses 5 ingredients, and they can be mixed and baked in under 30 minutes flat.

Ingredients

  • 1 15.25 oz Box Cake Mix
  • ⅓-1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour If the cake mix has pudding in it, use ⅓ cup of flour.
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cups Chocolate Chips or another mix-in variation

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, a silicone baking mat or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix your cake mix, flour, eggs, vegetable oil, and chocolate chips together until combined. You can also use a standing mixer with the paddle attachment and mix on low speed.
  • Once fully mixed, scoop and roll your dough into 1 ½" balls and place them on your prepared baking sheet about 3" apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the pan for 2-5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
