How to Make Cinnamon Apple French Toast Bake
Spray or grease a 9 by 13? pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut the french bread into ¾"- 1" chunks and add to the greased baking pan.
Wash, peel, core, and cut the apples into ½" chunks. Add the apples to the bread.
In a large mixing bowl, crack the 12 eggs and whisk with a fork. Add the milk, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Whisk again until all the ingredients are combined.
Add to the egg mixture to the bread and apples and fold together until all the bread chunks are coated.
Cover the french toast bake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-48 hours.

How to Make Streusel Topping
In a medium-size mixing bowl, add the room temperature butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Stir or mix with your hands until the mixture has ¼" pieces.
Sprinkle the butter mixture on the french toast bake.
Once the baking dish is at room temperature, bake for 45-60 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Serve with whipped cream, buttermilk syrup or your favorite fruit. Enjoy!
