Ingredients

Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe

  • 4 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • ½ cup Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the honey, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Turn to medium speed, then slowly add in the olive oil giving it time to emulsify.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or use immediately. Transfer the dressing to a pourable container and drizzle over your favorite salad. Enjoy!
