- 1 loaf French Bread
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce
- 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- Your Favorite Toppings
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a wide rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise, then lay the bread cut side up on the baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over each slice of bread, making sure to get the sauce all the way to the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over each slice of bread, then layer any toppings you are using. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
Buffalo Chicken French Bread Pizza
- 1 loaf French Bread
- 2 cups Chicken, cooked and diced into ½” pieces
- ½ cup Alfredo sauce
- ¼ cup Frank’s Hot sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- In a small saucepan, combine the hot sauce and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, then allow to boil for 1 minute. Set aside and allow to cool.
- Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over both pieces of bread, making sure to get the sauce all the way to the edges. Combine the diced chicken with the homemade buffalo sauce, then spread evenly over each piece of bread. Top with the Parmesan cheese.
Chicken and Bacon French Bread Pizza
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
- 2 cups Chicken, cooked and diced into ½” pieces
- ½ cup Bacon Bits
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- Spread ⅔ of the Alfredo sauce evenly over both pieces of bread, making sure to get the sauce all the way to the edges. Combine the other ⅓ cup with the diced chicken, mixing to coat completely.
- Evenly spread the Alfredo chicken and bacon bits of each slice of bread, then top with the Parmesan cheese.
