- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup White Sugar Granulated
- 1 cup Brown Sugar Light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs room temerature
- 2 teaspoon vanila pure vanilla extract
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups flour all-purpose
- 1 ½ bags Guittard Chocolate Chips 1 bag in the cookie dough and ½ bag to put on top of the cookie dough balls or on top when the cookies get out of the oven
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and white sugar till light and fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix together.
In a separate large bowl, combine the baking powder, baking soda, and flour. Mix until combined.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. mix until combined. Add the M&M's and mix until combined.
Drop by 2" balls on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden grown on the edges.Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring the cookies to cooling racks. Enjoy!
